Product Introduction

NK series mobile crushing plants have main equipment specially designed for tyre-mounted purpose which are robusthigh-outputenergy-savingeasy to maintain. PE3040 jaw crusher is the most advanced equipment which has long service life big crushing ratio and conveniently adjustable discharging port to meet different finished product size demands.

It has overall modular design and high interchangeability. It can be quickly assembled into the different mobile plants shortening the production time and meeting customer fast delivery requirements.

Compared with traditional tire-mounted plants NK series also has the following advantages:
1. Whole system is completely tire-mounted and can be transported without disassembling which saves erection time on site.
2. Adjustable supporting legs design enables zero-foundation erection.
3. No external hanging belt conveyors no need of cranes or erecting belt conveyors on site which can start production within 24 hours after transportation from Site A to Site B.

Adjustable Supporting Legs

The whole plant can be quickly and reliably leveled: adjust the nuts on both sides of the screw rod adjust relative position of the wedged surfaces to change supporting legs height; and fasten fixed bolts of flange.

Vibrating Screen Adopts Hydraulic Adjusting

The vibrating screen adopts triangular supporting structure which is more stable. Hydraulic cylinder lifting structure is equipped which can lower the overall transportation height to ensure whole plant can be transported without disassembly.
