This project is the coal powder preparation system supporting the rotary kiln for lime calcination process of the leading domestic calcium carbide enterprises. As one of the top 500 chemical enterprises in China and the national recycling economy demonstration base, the completion of this project realizes the front chain extension and recycling economy development on the BDO and PTMEG industry chain of the enterprise, marking the birth of the most complete integrated recycling economy industry chain base of "coal-electricity-chlor-alkali chemical/specialty metallurgy" in China. The grinding roller bearing adopts forced oil lubrication and is equipped with a hydraulic roller turning device, which can turn the grinding roller out of the machine by the hydraulic device during the overhauling, with large overhauling space, convenient maintenance and low running cost;
